Joshua Solomon, L. AC., NCCAOM
Josh Solomon is a Nationally Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM) and Licensed Acupuncturist who obtained his Masters in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health, the first accredited Acupuncture School in the United States. As a Certified Releasing Coach, he has empowered many patients to dissolve their stress and pain on the spot including migraines and traumatic memories.
When he treats he is not just an acupuncturist. He is a stress reduction teacher with a calming and supportive presence, a lifestyle coach, and a champion for the realization of your highest healing potential.
He has brought his compassionate nature to wellness programs such as Healthcare for the Homeless, Living Well with Cancer, Penn North Recovery Clinics, and delivered acupuncture preceding meetings in conference rooms. He co-created the SOPHIA Peace Project, a wellness program for fourth graders, and helped pilot an acupuncture program for inmates at the Howard County Correctional Facility.
From yogis and gymnasts to kickboxers, cyclists, business folk, inmates, and children, Josh realizes that everyone has unique needs. He enjoys delivering effective, gentle, and customized treatments to benefit those he works with. His great joy is to empower his patients to turn their stress and pain into strength and power so they may come alive with the passion and vitality that fuels positive living!
